Warranty Coverage

All digital products include a 7-day warranty, starting from the date the product is received.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To open a support request, customers must provide proof of the issue, such as:

  • Screenshots or photos showing the error
  • Proof of malfunction or missing content
  • Any relevant details about the problem

Claims submitted without proof may not be accepted.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a solution, which may include:

  • Step-by-step troubleshooting instructions
  • Resending the download link or providing a replacement file
  • Providing an updated or corrected version of the product

Customers must follow the instructions provided in order to receive support

Refund & Replacement Policy

Because this is a digital product, all purchases are considered final and non-returnable once delivered or downloaded.

If a Problem Occurs

If your warranty claim is approved, our first solution will always be:

  1. Resending the file / providing a new download
  2. Providing a replacement product of equal value

Product Replacement

If a replacement is required, we may replace the product with:

  • The same product, or
  • A similar product of equal value

If the replacement product is lower priced, the difference may be refunded.

Refunds (Only If No Solution Is Possible)

Refunds are only offered if:

The product cannot be delivered, replaced, or corrected, and
We are unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable time
